Coach Rebecca's Message

We're offering five team options this summer to accommodate all ages and skill levels. Girls can choose between Wild Tide Pink - High School or Wild Tide Pink - Middle School (both competitive tournament play) or White (flexible skill development). We also offer Rising Tide for youth development (K-5th grade) and Boys Travel for competitive boys lacrosse. All teams receive high-quality coaching!

Description

For committed HIGH SCHOOL players ready to compete at tournaments. Limited to ~22 players with consistent practice attendance and homework completion required. Includes three tournaments (Bermuda Run, Raleigh, Florida).

For committed MIDDLE SCHOOL players ready to compete at tournaments. Limited to ~22 players with consistent practice attendance and homework completion required. Includes three tournaments (Bermuda Run, Raleigh, Florida).

Perfect for beginners (1-3 seasons experience) or players with busy summer schedules. Focus on building fundamental skills, positioning, and decision-making through high-quality coaching, practices, and scrimmages. Open to graduating seniors and alumni.

Introductory program for younger players (K-5th grade) focusing on fundamentals, building a love for the game, and developing foundational skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Competitive travel team for boys focused on tournament play, skill development, and team strategy. Program emphasizes competitive play while building lacrosse IQ and advanced techniques.
